Laundry Appliances in the Kitchen – Yay or Nay?

We recently came across an article on Houzz about “the kitchen laundry room”—incorporating the washer and dryer in the heart of the home—and, as an appliance showroom, we were curious to see where our readers weigh in on this topic.

The ideabook author explains she likes having her laundry appliances right in the kitchen for the sake of convenience. You can visit Houzz to read all about her specific reasons, but we want to know what you think: Do you have a preference for where in the house your laundry appliances go? Would you like having the washer and dryer right in the heart of your home or in the nearby butler’s pantry? Or would you rather have a dedicated laundry room elsewhere in your home? And, if so, where?

Leave a comment to share your thoughts on having the laundry appliances in the kitchen. If you’re in the market for a washer, dryer or kitchen appliances in the Denver area, stop by BAC Appliance Center in Englewood, CO to see our selection.
